I could never get it to work either. I read elsewhere that they stopped allowing people to register awhile back. Sigh. Our Maverick waited for 5 days at the ramp, but then we got a call that it had been delivered!
I tried multiple times from multiple browsers on computer and iPhone and never once saw a way to register. They seem to have stopped allowing registrations.
That is the Sign-In place. I tried that early on and it simply told me I was not already registered. So I tried the forgot password option and it told me it doesn't have my email on file. No way in.
Are you certain your dealer is using United Road? My dealer uses three different services and my sales guy told me they don't know which carrier will pick it up until they actually do it. He wasn't paying attention and suddenly it was delivered!
Looks like the wait is almost over! My truck is awaiting pickup at the rail yard in Spencer, MA. So whatever the delay was in NJ must have been resolved on Thursday or Friday. Hopefully I’ll have the truck in my hand by the end of the week. Hope others have seen similar progress. I find it odd that most folks in New England (who got rail car info) seemed to have their trucks go from Mexico up to Illinois and out through Ohio/New York, whereas mine never showed any rail car info and went through New Jersey. Maybe a different transportation path?
Maybe some weather issues they needed to dodge? Or maybe it's just that the majority of trucks shipping when yours did were headed to NJ and yours took that route to get nearer home?
Mine was in BSNF Railcar and I was told after leaving Chicago, the tracking could be found using the Norfolk Southern tracking phone number. That worked for me.

I could be wrong, but from the experience I have calling, I think IR means Intechange Received. XLTLUXRED gave a good breakdown a few pages back of what all this terminology means. Chicago seems to be a mess for everyone. Just know that it will bounce around for a bit and then move on.
Like SSBG said, I think it is Interchange Received. Mine says the exact same time though so we seem to be tracking fairly closely! I'll keep giving updates when I hear them. I hope we don't sit long!
That's fantastic news! I was hoping for the same fast movement as I saw from Hermosillo all the way up to Missouri once it did get out of that area. Is yours offloaded and awaiting car carrier? I have my fingers crossed that I can get it by the end of this week but I'm not holding my breath.
