Safari worked for me it took a few tries but it worked eventually!

The only way I could do it was on my cellphone. Try that!

Oh, I have...multiple times and two different browsers. Nada.

It gave me a random error the first time I tried; if you try it again it should work! I used a personal email that was no way associated with a dealership and I was able to register.

I did it again and it worked! Thank you! Now I can see my vehicle plus 5 others pending pickup en route to my dealer. Wonder how long that will take...

I'm way too excited! I stopped by my dealer to ask when my truck might be delivered and 3 guys came running out to me. The manager said he was literally dialing my number to ask if I would be ok with them driving down the get the truck and drive it back. It will put about 100 miles on it. He said they have requested to do this from Ford and when they get permission granted they will text me and go get it. My salesman was ready to go today but apparently permission may take a few days so they are hopeful for next week!

Oh, I have...multiple times and two different browsers. Nada.

Before I was able to "register" using my cell, I made contact with them by clicking at the bottom and sending an email to see if they could help me register. Don't do that. I got a response that this is only for businesses and not for private parties so I'm not sure if this will affect my being able to receive information. So far, I received two notices about other people's vehicles.

Our railcar has been emptied! It’s off the train…! My dealer said they don't know which of three companies will pick up our truck to transport it to the dealership; and they won't know until it's picked up, which could take 3 days to 2 weeks. Heh. (It's 147 miles away.) Then it will take a day or two for them to prep the truck and add our after market items. So we could have it next weekend, but probably more likely the week after that. Ah well. This could end up taking as long as my longest pregnancy (9 months, 14 days).

Thank you. Last I heard that ours was in Dolton IL so I guess it has a way to go before it is taken off the train for transportation to Maryland.

Maybe. I'm not too techy, so however you PM, give it a try. But I just put my vin in and it says it is inactive but shows Delaware . . . so that is getting closer to me. This was the first time I actually put the VIN # in the site. It did have a place for my dealer's name, so if you PM me, please include that. I'll be glad to try. Diane

Yep I got the email yesterday that mine is built. Expect delivery between 3/16 - 3/22

Mine is sitting at the rail yard in Orlando about 40 miles away from the dealership. Don’t know when it will get picked up by truck.
