Long-time lurker, first-time poster. I’ve had my 2025 Ford Maverick for a little over a year and finally decided it was time to throw some more lights on it.
The F-150LEDs hood-mounted Spartan kit was very easy to install, and everything was really straightforward. The kit came with everything you could think of, from the hardware and brackets to the wiring. Nothing was really left to guess when completing the install.
The wire management was also really simple, from running the wire across the truck using clips along the way, see here, so tucking everything cleanly so it looks factory and stays out of the way.
The install completely changed the look of the truck. It adds so much more personality and function without being too overbearing. The lights are bright, clean, and give the truck a nice, simple upgrade over being stock.
I definitely do not consider myself amazing at working on cars, and I am still learning as I go with this build, but this install was very manageable. For someone who wants to start adding functional upgrades to their Maverick but may be nervous about wiring or installing lights, this is a great first project.
