F-150 Lightning

Happened to be driving by my local Ford Dealer on the way home from my son's ball hockey game. Saw a Lightning out front, kinda of shocked me. Pulled right over and just took a crappy cell phone pic of the window sticker that the dealer cleverly slid in the ADM sticker of nearly $40k onto.

I speculate that this was a special order and maybe the dealer principal thought it would be better to sell rather than keep and drive it. It had a "RETAIL" sticker on the drivers window (not pictured) but the green would indicate a special order. I do NOT patronize this dealer due to some unpleasant experiences many years back with my 1998 Explorer.

Thought it was interesting even though it is not a Maverick...

Any thoughts as to why it may have not been delivered and is now for sale @fordvideoguy ?

The person who ordered it didn't take it. More than likely a dealer personnel did a reservation and they prioritized their order and then didn't buy it and put it up for sale at mark up.

That was my guess also. Thanks for the quick response. I also thought maybe they were trying to sell the manakin already...
