Purchased trifold soft tonneau cover, modular bedliner and tailgate assist. Used code for 20% off accessories and no charge shipping to dealer Al Packer Ford White Marsh MD. Made appointment for yesterday at time of order.

Communication from that website is not good. Took 2 weeks for last part to arrive. No additional charges from service department though manager made a face when reading what Ford charged me for installing accessories.

Total $1,107.85. Technician did not cut out panel for bed cubby. Included photo of truck on day of delivery for comparison. Also purchased The Stubby from Amazon $25 to replace OEM antenna. Reception unchanged.

I ordered the "Maverick" metal door jamb sill plates (not available on MY23 as was on MY22) and the locking console option (I forgot to order on my MY23) from the FORD email link at the bottom of the page for FORD ACCESSORIES, with the 20% discount, shipped to my house extremely fast. I did not select the $60 installation option for each part, I will work that out with my dealer when and if needed.

Never again!!! Took 4 hours til they started the install on a preset appointment, only took 20min added time to finish install. They lost my keys for another 10mins wait.
