There seems to be no timeliness. I have two cars on order from two dealer and nothing

was told by one mgr that he checked on my order and Ford delayed verifying orders. By who knows???!

I recommend calling your dealer and ask for your VIN. I ordered mine in August and I actually called Ford directly and provided my sales order number and they confirmed my vehicle was on order.

Ordered Oct 10, received confirmation email Oct 11. Wating to hear next email regarding scheduling, but not holding my breath!

Also I heard from somebody else that you might check with your dealer to be sure they submitted your email (or correct email) to Ford when they submitted your order.

Ordered on 8/27 at my Ford Dealership, received DORA and order confirmation email from Ford before leaving my dealer.

I called and there was no new news at all. Ordered 6/14; still waiting to be scheduled. And my Priority Code is 2. Fingers crossed to be included in Thursday's round of emails.

No confirmation yet. Call weekly for fun. The fleet manager placed the order- have to think he knows how to place the order, highly likely my email was “accidentally” left off the order…but yeah. 9/12 order.
