EGR SuperGuard Hood Guard - Smoked or Matte Finish?

I’m having a EGR SuperGuard Hood Guard put on my new Maverick next week when they install my Rough Country bed cover. For those that have the EGR which did you get, the Smoked or Matte Finish? I had a 2003 Ranger that had the smoked finish and I thought it looked fine but never had a matte one.

Kind of like your opinion which would look best with my Eruption Green Lariat?
