If you don't order anything extra, what's on the floor? Carpet? Painted metal? Plain-jane mats?

Front and back?

The flooring is carpet even in the XL, unlike other Ford XL trucks that come with rubber flooring. And standard equipment includes 2 front carpeted floor mats.

Are they ford or maverick branded or plain jane mats?

Thanks for the replies!

Plain. Only the optional floor liners have "Maverick" on them.

Gonna get weathertech type trays first thing anyway.
Weathertech would be the sensible answer, but I'm going with the Ford accessory mats just because I want it to say "Maverick" on them. And yes, I'm a geek. Thanks for asking.

I had a case of vanilla cream soda explode all over my car. If not for the weathertechs in the back it would have soaked into the carpet, impossible to remove. It was bad enough getting it out of the upholstery, on the upside it smelled pleasantly like vanilla for months. Actually they weren't real weathertechs, they were knockoffs but you get the idea.

As for the "geek" part, nobody can make you happy but you, so geek away!

I’m a Husky fan and discovered that the late model Escape version is an exact fit. Just ordered a set.

Any solutions other than weathertech mats or Ford direct purchase? Or, are the aftermarket alternatives just not there yet?

that include rears?
From what I read, the rear needs some trimming around the center console area. I decided to order them anyway, I’m sure I can make them look good.
I’m sure Husky will have Maverick specific soon anyway

Is that for the front and rear and do you mind sharing what year Escape?

I ordered the front and back for 2020 Escape from the Husky site.
I understand that I’ll need to trim the rear. I’ll make a post once I’ve got them
