Even though I told the dealer I’m not taking delivery on the VB hybrid XLT with CP and lux because the sales manager dropped my packages, I continue to get emails from Ford. I first got an email production date of 19 Sept that was sent to me on 22 August, and I got an email last night pushing production back to 26 Sept.
I imagine a bunch of you that were scheduled for 19 Sept have been pushed back as well.
I was looking forward to ordering a ‘23, but after seeing the changes in packages, where you’re getting less accessories in the Lux pkgs for more money, I’m sticking with the hybrid XLT VB hybrid with the Lux pkg I have that I purchased on 30 March. At least I have the factory SIBL and side rails that will not be a part of the new ‘23 Lux pkg for the XLT. This Maverick is one I picked up after a customer decided he couldn’t wait any longer and purchased a Ranger instead.
