Dealer experience when picking up your ordered Maverick

Sooo my build is supposed to be this week, with delivery, hopefully, around Thanksgiving. I was wondering what experiences you had at the dealer when you actually completed the sale. I ordered mine specifying "X" plan pricing since I worked for a company that qualified for that, and I used it to buy my new 2011 Mustang. Nice thing about that plan is that it locks in the price, and eliminates the pesky Dealer Fee. Just wondering what shenanigans the dealers tred, an/or what positive experiences you had.
