How else would a person document a problem with the service of a company, if the people that had the problem with the service of the company don't complain about it?
The only "documentation" you can have of a customer complaint and problem is the customer complaint and problem! Do you want Small Claims paperwork from the handful of people that might have taken it that far? What is this magical "documentation" that meets your standards in this scenario?
There are literally hundreds (thousands?) of specific complaints about this specific issue.....

To their credit their BBB rating is nice. Too bad the BBB is just a private company akin to J.D. Power.
