Changing order before truck is scheduled?

So I finally got my email with a VIN saying my Lariat is expected to be build last week of July. Naturally that could change, I know. No hard dates or window sticker yet.

I did see that my dealer did not add the 360 assist package I had requested. I emailed the dealer and he gave me some lines about supply constraints and he would not be able to add the package. Not that he tried, but that he just would not.

So question, is it possible to still add options? Yes, I know this can push the date and I'm okay with that. If it is possible... what do I need to tell my dealer to do? If they refuse to do anything, is there a way I can direclty contact Ford?

you are sol i spent two days back and forth more than 10 hours a day trying too get it fixed last week purchase the one you ordered and traded in when time comes just order a 2024 100% the way you want and do not budge on any thing and just wait patiently
