I have a Lariat with the B&O audio as well. Ive had this happen a few times. But I’ve also had in happen in other cars that I’ve owned, like in a 2013 Porsche 911 4S with Bose audio. My best assessment of what is going on is that the head unit is internally amplified and when you have music turned up to moderately high levels, for long periods of time, that the entire head unit gets heat soaked and eventually the GPS or infotainment screen will shutdown / crash because it is above its operating design temperature. Stop listening to loud music for a while and viola, everything is working normally again.
