Can you still sell a brand new car while waiting for registration?

Tried to sell my new Hybrid Maverick but the dealer said they couldn’t find my car in the state database. Of course I’m not listed because it’s pending for Chapman to file the TTL. In the mean time I can’t get rid of it and still making payment. Any other ways around this? Or just have to wait until everything is recorded in the system?

You can’t sell until you get clear title. You cant get clear title until you pal off the truck. And get a release of the lien.
