Anything can be removed, but most of the upgrades are significant and integrated, from the suspension and suspension tune, to the actual 4wd mode and rear locker......not sure why one would want to.

If you make body code changes, you will lose your price protection and any incentives attached at your time of order. Switching from a Tremor will count as a body code change. Your dealership may be able to get you some protection from Ford but consult them right away. DM me if you need some help.

A little creepy that you know I have a Tacoma.
Dealer screwed up my original order(Sept 2021) and now I'm getting one with the Tremor package. I'm disabled and I hope the Tremor package doesn't rise the vehicle up too high...

The Tremor is just .8" higher and is probably just right for sliding right in. I understand the difficulties of too high but don't dismiss the problems of too low, for me the Escape is just barely too low. Bronco Sport Badlands is a close match if you can find one for a size check.
You will love the seat height. My wife has bad knees and likes that you basically just sit down. My old mazda 3 was too low forced her to practically squat to get in and really hurt. Our old explorer is too high; you have to step up on the running board to get in - it's like climbing stairs. The maverick is "just right". The difference in height for the Tremor is negligible.

What is the plan here? Even if you could remove something what would you replace it with? If my order was in since Sep 2021 and the dealer told me whatever they told you, I'd find another dealer and place an order for exactly what you want on a '24.

I think it will be fine for you. My parents in their 80s rode up front and got in easy with 2 super short legs, 2 freshly replaced hips and a bad back between them. They thought it was about the same as their Equinox only simpler to get into. If there is an issue a set of stock AWD springs or even lowering springs would be easy for any shop.

I am driving a couple of old friends' (80's) to Beloit tomorrow.
They were worried about access into the Mav.
So, last Tuesday, I stopped by and did a dress rehearsal.
The seats are actually higher than their Kia Soul.
So, they didn't have a problem..

Can I ask what happened with your original order? I'm a disabled vet but I tend to prefer the higher ride over the compromise on getting in and out. That's subjective though, as I don't know your limitations. Just trying to be helpful in your situation as much as possible. There is a chance you can just place an order for a '24, or if you really want, browse used on Edmunds.com. You can always find a very low mileage one and negotiate the price down.
