For those of you with the cab spoiler, does it help keep water off the rear window, especially when it rains?

It has. Since it was dealer installed, no history on this without the spoiler.

Depends on the wind when it's raining. Normal storm when driving mostly, heavy downpour not as much due to the wind.

Thank you all for the replies. I'm trying to find a solution since there is no rear wiper or rear defroster that I'm used to using on other vehicles I've had.

A different perspective
In anything but a blinding rain I can see back using my side view mirrors.
Looking through the rear view mirror top of the windshield I can see pretty ok.
And if people turn on their lights like they are supposed to I’m good.
