Taller tire is great. This one in particular only give a slight rumble on the road. I specifically bought it for the sand traction and it’s great in deep sugar sand so far. I get 28mpg with them for those that care.

Where have you taken it in the sand on LI? Been a gilgo guy with a Jeep patriot, tremor is shipped to dealer today and would assume it would do just as well in the sand if not better?

You should do fine in the sand with your Tremor especially with traction control off and the rear locked but not necessarily needed in all cases. I usually air down to 19 PSI.
Photos were taken at Sore Thumb Beach about 5 to 10 minutes east of Gilgo.
