I dropped my truck off yesterday to have Line-X sprayed in. I told the counter-person that I was installing a tonneau cover, and I didn't want the area below the rear glass sprayed. Evidently, the customer isn't right, and I was told it would work fine and when I picked my truck up, sure enough, they sprayed all the way to the rear glass.

Has anyone installed their seal over Line-X?

If I remember right, the directions account for beds with Bedliner and ones without. They give a different size seal for both cases.

The instructions have an option for with or without drop-in bedliner, but nothing for spray in.

Clean the top of the bulkhead
to install the bulkhead seal (D).
Peel the backing and adhere the seal
at the edge of the bed opening.
If the truck does NOT have a
drop-in bedliner, use the 3/4” seal.
If the truck does have a drop-in
bedliner, use the 1/4” seal.

@Realtruck

Any suggestions sir?
If a truck is equipped with a spray in bed liner we suggest applying an adhesive promoter to the area where the bulkhead seal is attached. This will help the bulkhead seal adhear properly with the spray in liner but other wise everything would install the same. It is only when you have a plastic drop in liner that it can all into question few install steps

Exactly what would you consider an "adhesive promotor"??
