Another Tracking Question

So I am trying to track my truck last week with a TTGX letter on it. do I call csx or ns ? I called both and I get out dated info from both ?

You may also want to try the Norfolk Southern rail.

Norfolk Southern
1) call 800 635-5768
2) press 2
3) press 2
4) enter letters then #
5) enter numbers then #
6) wait for response.

They must enter information on keypad. The voice response will not work.

Is ttgx 8849 ? They say there is no tracing info and sometimes when it will go to where I need it it’s wrong and it leaves out the “g” ? Is there a different line of numbers I need to press ?

Same here ! I just wanna see what to enter in the phone keypad

TTGX should be 8849 then #. Try entering them slowly. Then it should ask for the car number. Enter it then #. It then Should read what you entered if correct hit 1. Good luck. There is a possibility that it isn’t on Norfolk Southern. My was supposed to be on Burlington. I tried 3 different rail companies before I got positive info.
