AC Controls Not Responding- '23 Lariat Lux

Took the Mav on a roadtrip from Florida to the mountains in North Carolina. I noticed while we were up there that sometimes the AC controls would not respond. Turning the temp knob would show the current temp but would not go up or down. Auto Fan button wouldn't change. Heated Seats would not change temp.

All these were temporary and would either start working after turning the truck off and back on or would resolve itself during the drive.

Anyone else had this happen? I've been back in Florida for a few days and it hasn't happened since.
