Installation was straight forward. I was off today so I wasn't in a hurry. I used ramps on the back wheels which allowed plenty of workspace. Took me about 1.5 hours.

I cut the mid exhaust off with a sawzall with 20t carbide blade. Took about 3 minutes. The weld in some places were .25 wide. I cut a nice line just outside the outer edge of the weld. Nice clean cut. Very little deburring was needed.

With the front pipe propped up I added the resonator, mid pipe and tail pipe. I first leveled the tailpipe and worked forward.

The piping, clamps, welds and resonator are all high quality.

The sound is deep and clean. There is a little more drone between shifts in the 25-35mph range than I noticed at highway speeds.

I have seriously been considering this exhaust. Just didn’t want my truck to sound like a pissed off weed eater. I will take your word for it and move forward. Thanks and Great job.

We have too many cars that sound like lawn mowers where I live. I guess the weed eater is similar. I like it. I'm not one to invite unnecessary attention toward myself. IMHO it fits the Maverick. Your opinion may differ. Contact the seller. Great people!

What was wrong with the stock system?
Nothing at all. It is perfectly engineered. Some like something different

No video needed. It nearly plug and play. I have an XLT lux, 4k, FX4 and 360. Your underside might look different. Follow the body lines. Rules of 3.

The clamp that you used onto the factory exhaust, was it flared for the different size diameters?

It sounds like a Maverick 🙂
