would love to hear your thoughts. thank you.
So the bronco i had for 3 days. I dont know what trim it was (because i cant remember) but it had the 1.6eco. I believe you need one of the top 2 trims to get the 2.0 aka the true mav equivelant. I have to say i missed the extra power. The 2.0 is IMO perfect for the Maverick/bronco sport size. Its quite quick, but not to the point of hugely effecting MPG. The 1.6 felt kinda sluggish. As far as drive feel, they have very similar rides, but the mav suspension feels stiffer. This is either true to account for the 4k towing capabilities, or its just a feel thing since the bronco sport sits with a little higher center of gravity. Otherwise, if you liked how the bronco sport drove, you’ll also like how the ECO mav drives. Otherwise i actually felt they put more thought into the maverick interior. Its a bit more ergonomic, and just overall more fun… especially if you like the xlt orange Like i do. My theory is, if it cant be posh, at least make it fun lol which the mav interior is with the regrind carbon, the blues and oranges. Bronco sport is like a ā€˜rugged’ version of a standard SUV interior. Which i guess you know cuz thats the one you drove lol but anywho, there’s my thoughts. The eco mav is also cheaper than the equivilent bronco sport… so theres that too. For me it was a no brainer, but your needs might be different. I actually need my bed, but i recognize many just want something thats good on gas and kinda fun and new lol if thats you, than i think you’ll be happy with either option.

As a completely irrelevant asside i do wish the Mav had that bronco badge instead of the standard ford one, as well as the bronco start up screen on the infotainment display lol
