Has anyone traded in something similar lately? What did you get? Thanks for the help!

2022 XLT
Carb Gray
FX4
CoPilot
Tow Pkg
Soft rollup bed cover
All Weather Mats

7600 Miles

Not sure if all of those matter but I put it on there anyways.

Also, if you’re looking for a similar build. I am willing to sell it.

Mine is similar, I don't have 4k tow or the bed cover, but I have the luxury package and 1500 miles. I have a 2023 Tremor on order that is scheduled so I checked Carvana today just to get an idea of what they would offer for my 2022. It was $31k today.

Thanks! The old lady totaled her car so we are going in on a shared vehicle and an old daily. Wanted to be prepared for that low ball from the dealership 😢

just hoping to get my money back at least.

Unfortunately, I highly doubt you will get what you have in it from the dealer (and that is assuming you only paid MSRP and not over). If it were a bone-stock XL Hybrid then much better chance of getting back a mjority of your $$$. However, not so much with a fully-loaded like you have.

If you do it as a private sell, you can expect more money and perhaps breaking even. Mavericks are in-demand (but the hybrid much more so than the Eco), but the overall used car market prices are down by close to 15% from where they were back in June.

The upside is that even if you loose money, it won't be anywhere near what it was in "normal" times (likely 15%-20% less than you paid for it not including state and county taxes and fees).

Let us know the outcome. My prediction is $31-$32K current market.
