EG Lariat Hybrid AWD w/4k and nothing else, going to LM...

My window sticker said it was going by convoy so I assumed not rail.

I couldn’t find any official messaging on this to clarify but if the f-150 forums have any accuracy from what I read convoy is still transferred to a rail car at some point.

That would make sense. My 22 WS said rail, but my 25 WS said convoy. I could contact FORD but at this point I'm just happy is on its way and I didn't have to wait a whole year to get it.

I agree with that. Mine is shipped as well, isn’t much I can do but wait. It will get here when it does. I got my financing rate locked in and will get my insurance rate locked in when I hear something from my dealership.

Just got a email from my dealer and my truck is on the rail in Montclair ca and will be dropped off in Mira loma ca today, he said next week it will be here and will tag it Hot so it gets priority.

Ours showed 'Convoy" on window sticker also. But setting in rail yard down state.
Oh well, that's life.

No dealer doesn’t know nor does fords customer service. So not sure why it happened.

Just checked my status today. Truck has been built since 12/17 and is now showing delivery between 2/25 and 3/3 (it was originally 1/12-1/18). Going to look at a Ranger today since I can’t wait two months for this thing to ship….

Anyone else's been "built" for several weeks and not shipped yet? I have seen them sit "in production" for quality testing, i assume, but usually once they are "built" they seem ship pretty quick? That seems to be the experience of most at least.

Well, I have an even better one for you. If you look at my post above, it says that I went from scheduled to introduction to built on 12/27/24. When I checked yesterday, it had moved back to in production!!. I ordered on day two of the bank opening. Very frustrating.
