Hi,

before all the tariff nonsense started, In early January, I ordered a 2025 Maverick Lariat hybrid, AWD, 4K tow package, power sunroof in azure grey metallic and smoked mocha interior. The build date is May 12th. and has the VIN assigned. No eta for arrival to the dealer.

I'm currently boondocking in the deserts of California, Arizona and New Mexico so I haven't had the opportunity to see the exterior paint colour nor the interior colours. The online photos, probably don't do justice to seeing the Mavericks in person.

I'm trading in my 2024 Ranger Lariat which I bought off the dealer lot, so I had some compromises:

1. No sunroof
2. Silver wasn't my first choice of colours but it still looks good
3. Chrome package ... I would've skipped it if I had the choice.
4. No Ranger hybrids ... yet C'mon Ford!
5. I had to pay for the spray in bed liner (which is excellent). It was only a painted bed just asking to be scratched to bits ... and then rust.

The Ranger has been an excellent vehicle on and off road and for towing my 2,0000 lb travel trailer. Got a good trade in value and the price difference is less than my monthly salary. Needless to say, I'll pay cash, no financing required.

Should the tariffs take effect, I can back out of the deal and get my deposit back.

Once I have it, I will definitely post photos.

Cheers,
Steve

As long as you have a written sale order from your dealer you don't have to worry about the tariffs. Ford will honor the price. I like your built because I order the same thing on Dec 11 and it was just delivered last week. Picking up this Wednesday because of a snafu. During transport Ford lost one of the key Fobs. So, they can't release it to me yet as they have to deprogrammed the existing keys ( after my test drive) and reorder a set of new keys for me. they will arrive on Wed.

Pictures don't do it justice the interior is one of the best matching with the exterior color of Azure Grey ( area 51 to me). I am in Love and can't wait till wed to bring her home.
