Hi all, I ordered a XLT Maverick 8/31 at my Ford dealer.
I just received an email for a scheduled build week of 10/1.
For clarification- my dealer wanted the truck completely bare bone, claiming it would be built fastest. This is an XLT Carbonized Gray 2.0T AWD. Absolutely nothing besides AWD, and 2.0T options being clicked.
Upon the truck getting into my garage-> mud flaps, 1.5" lift kit ( for ice fishing/ Minnesota winter) *assuming they make a mini lift for the truck*, a clear bra protection film, and a used Colorado truck mat I cut to size will be done almost immediately. Choose a used truck mat to save money, $40 vs $150, no brainer if you can cut to size. *If you guys actually want to hear what people want done to their trucks, this is my plan*.
I hope people that ordered Mavericks this past summer actually get build dates, unsure if going to a dealer would help boost the priority of the build vs ordering a truck at home. They asked $500 down and said 8-10 weeks.... (10-12 being safe, they cautioned) the projection they gave me appeared to be accurate for my case as of now.
