👋 Bye-bye Steelies (Imma Head Out)

I loved them but it was time to move on, got a great deal on some XLT take offs from a MTC member with low mileage. I had them stored in my cellar since October of last year - it was a warm weekend in Indy and I finally got a chance to use the torque wrench my son got me for Christmas.

With the warm weather I also was able to get my Maverick's 'MERICA name badge (ordered from Iconic) attached to the doors:

They look good, but I must admit that the black steelies with gray caps on your original truck look good as well.

Does anyone know if Ford are selling the gray caps? I am looking for something like these for my winter tires...

I painted them right after I got it -

I was thinking that I must be crazy when I was scrubbing down the wheels of a brand new vehicle in order to just go back and spray paint them.

I got my winter tires on black steelies and the place I got them from stick the caps from my stock steelies on them, and they definitely looked very sharp
