Decided to paint my rims. Used Raptor satin black wheel paint. And RustOleum satin black paint + primer for the caps because said adheres to plastic. I think came out pretty good. Cleaned, sanded w/ 400 grit, scotch brite scuffed, cleaned again and then Duplicolor prep spray and plastic...
I sorta agree with you, but the engine and road noise is terrible so this helps drown that out a little. its still not very loud at all when driving. plus when you see them side by side on the ground, the stock system is very restrictive looking compared to the magnaflow.

I got the fuel tank recall notice in mail and also an email. I have AWD XL w/ spray in bedliner.
But when I go to the Ford recall check online site and enter my vin #, it says no recall.
Anyone else have this happen to them?

I was building one on the site and contacted my local dealer to start the process. then just for fun randomly searched other dealer websites in my greater area and saw one in stock with every single option i wanted, and same color. called them up and bought it right then on phone. picked it...
i turn mine off every time. i can't imagine the slight savings in gas outweighs the constant start/stop of the starter and battery and everything involved in starting the engine many times vs just starting once per ride.
but i could be wrong, i'm no mechanic but would love to hear others...
