Picked up XL yesterday, added vinyl letters from eBay and rattle canned the steelies. First wheel looked like crap ended up redoing it with 1 can of duplicolor prep spray, some light sanding, 1 can of black primer, 1 can of black wheel paint, and a new 21mm socket. For $40 it'll do for now.

I don't know if you can withhold payment on a financed car even if it's not drivable unless the creditor agrees. If the dealership is putting you up in a comparable rental for free that seems fair. Otherwise I'd probably look into lemon laws especially if it's your work truck and after 30+...

Same early June Hybrid XL order received an initial date of March 14 last week and then today bumped to April 11th. It's comical at this point.
