Oh yeah all that did its thing I was already attentive to what I needed do. It took care of me and things I couldn't have soon enough for sure. I didn't have to work hard to mitigate It helped.

Sadly I didn't have cruise active for that to work I was in control and glad I was paying attention to mitigate the frontal impact. Otherwise I'm sure it would have done the same.

Had a not so fun ride to work this a.m. Lady in front of me did a brake check and I hit her gently but vehicle behind me didn't pay attention so the mav got a ramming. Total loss but insurance gave me a good over what's owed. Ugh hate the buying experience comes again. May go for a bronco...

Someone's ears must have been burning. My dealership just called me and now all the sudden they have the parts in stock and it will be fixed Thursday. Thanks for all the info on here guys.

Its just funny how each dealer has their own story of what's going on. IDK what 800 # there is to even call about it.

I checked another local dealership and was told " We dont order the parts, Ford will send them to us and we dont know how many or when so you need to just call every week to see if we have them" it's first come first fix. WTF!! How can they be ordered if there is not a VIN tied to the parts?

Yea they have been quite tools off and on. I bought the Mav from them, they honered my X-plan, no markup etc that part has been fine. But at times they seem like lazy asses.
