Thanks for this reply. I should actually say that any time I've reached out to my dealer, they've been great about talking to me about my order. No matter where it's been at in the ordering process. I think the "issues" I'm having can be attributed to a new(ish) salesman more than anything.

Was emailed a VIN and build date from someone I had contacted at Ford corporate a few months ago!! Can't believe it's finally happening for me :) I'm so glad I stuck with it and didn't bite on the first vehicle I could get.

I just called them too. They said they can't really tell me anything. I asked about production codes, as I was moved from 12 to 2 a few weeks ago now, but they said they have no information as it pertains to any of that.
