The COVP is not related to whether you get the Ford Confirmation or not. The confirmation email just means that the dealer submitted the order through WEBDO, not that the COVP has been approved. I placed an order with my dealer last year and got the Ford confirmation email but come to find out...

I got the email as well and when I contacted Ford customer service they can no longer see my order record either. Between my dealer's ineptitude and Ford's absurd order process this has been the worst buying experience of my life.

Nothing really. He said ok and that he hopes it comes in because he doesn't get paid until it comes in and I buy it.

I also received one of these calls from my dealer stating that my hybrid would not be built in MY22 and asking if I would like to convert to MY23. I told him to leave my order as it is.
