Yep sure did! Actually changed my order to Hybrid Lariat with just the hitch. Went smoothly and they said they don't mark up special orders. Got my confirmation email as I was standing there paying my $500 deposit. Been scrounging all the Ford dealers websites looking for Mavericks coming in...

there was this video that was posted here of the assembly line. Just going off of that it looks as if most of the truck is painted at the same time. Around the 1:50 mark you can see that there looks to be a different colored truck right behind the one in focus on the line.
