the weight would also be greatly reduced by making the walls thinner. so you could factor that in but this thing is solid and doesn’t rattle or make a peep when driving over bumps.

a ton of work for the printer* literally only took us less than an hour of actual work including design and then its a “set it and forget it” machine, you remember the old tv ads ;)

I actually suggested this to my cousin but we thought since you’re going to be printing the trash can out anyway you don’t gain much by printing them separate. unless you were to use a store bought trash can then that would be an option as long as it fits

could just make the lid a solid cover instead
