At this point I have an appointment to talk with them tomorrow. They will be providing me with a loaner vehicle and hopefully an apology for wasting a week of my time. I hope they will have a better explanation at that time.
Update. I just got off the phone with the customer service guy. It's the wiring harness connection that is posted about on this forum. I pointed out that I mentioned that very issue during our first conversation and that he assured me they had double checked that issue. The response he gave left...

I would agree, would that also account for the wonky gauges & infotainment?

I can't find my sales sheet but I remember there being some minor delear fees. I think I got dinged for $500-$600 between all the DMV and luxury tax and dealer stuff. That's just from my poor memory though.

I think you're gonna get your truck OP. I hit up my dealer because I noticed I have a 12/8 delivery. Dealer said he would check but they haven't heard anything. Then he called me back about 3 minutes later and said yeah it actually is and that they are tracking it as arriving on that day...
