  2. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

Thanks for the suggestion. Although I am not completely against adding a second sub I am trying to avoid using up any additional space. I do think the factory B&O system is pretty good for my situation it just needs a small touch more. That is what attracted me to this thread.
  3. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

Thanks for the reply and the recommendation. I appreciate the detailed explanation and do understand why the OP’s choice is a better option.
  4. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

Thank you for the response. I was interested to know if the Scar 6.5 Woofer would fit in the factory enclosure’s physical space like the Dayton Audio Woofer mentioned by the OP. As Bluelobo26 mentioned I feel the factory 6x9 woofer does sound pretty good. I would just like to expand on it a...
  5. Simple B&O upgrade and sub solution.

Based on your knowledge of the B&O Enclosure do you feel this Scar 6.5 sub would fit in a similar fashion as you used in your application? The measurements are close to the Daytona Audio 6.5 however the Scar is just a bit larger.

  7. Oregon NEW Katzkin Black Leather Seat Covers for XL only

Just wanted to give the OP a bump. Great product, I have a set in my 99 Ranger, put 586,000 miles on the upholstery and not a single tear, rip, fading, still 100% intact. Worth every penny!!!
  8. What did your Maverick replace or is it your first?

Replaced a 1999 Ranger with a few bolt on pieces.
  9. Hankook Kinergy PT H737 Tires: 90,000-Mile Warranty

I had a few sets of Hankook Ventus V2’s on my 99 Ranger. Rated for 60,000 miles. 131,000 miles on the first set 139,000 miles on the second set 122,000 miles on the third set with two replaced early under warranty. The quality seemed to fall away after Covid with several delaminating. I can’t...

  11. Maverick Photo Check-In: Let’s See Who Has the Cleanest Shot đź‘€

The only two I have, had the truck about five weeks now. Loving it! : )
  12. No longer in the MTC.

Thank you sir. My wife claims both of those, guess I am stuck with the trucks. I wouldn’t have it any other way. The Maverick is a wonderful vehicle for what I use it for. I couldn’t be happier. I have been looking at them for several years now. I really wanted Area 51 but am getting use to the...
  13. No longer in the MTC.

LOL, I didn’t but thought I should step outside and snap a few. Some of the family out of state has been asking too.
  14. No longer in the MTC.

Congratulations, I just recently went the other direction. Same reasons as you, just the opposite, the Maverick was a better fit for me at the moment. Still have the Ranger but am loving the new Maverick...
  15. Consensus on preferred engine oil?

I am excited to see how the Maverick compares a little bit further down the road. It runs 300 miles a day, five days a week. I have put about 7000 miles on it so far. Averaging 45.5 mpg. Just did the first oil change and ecvt fluid change, Castrol Edge 0W/20 and Motorcraft Mercon ULV fluid.
  16. Consensus on preferred engine oil?

Thank you, about a year ago in that photo. Still looks the same. I love the Maverick so much the poor Ranger don’t get out much any more.
  17. Consensus on preferred engine oil?

Agreed, clean oil and a clean filter is the key. I just bought my first Maverick a month ago to replace my V8 Ranger I have been using for work for the past 11 years. I built that 5.0 in 2015 and have put 586,000 miles on it since then.
