I’ll probably wait until 30k on the RDU now that I known it’s full and I got some of the break on material out. I plan on doing a drain and fill for the PTU at 10K with the transmission.
2025 Lobo with 2000 mi, topped off my PTU and found it to be 150ml low and did a drain and fill on the torque vectoring RDU and found that to be 110ml low. Transmission level was fine.
Sorry, I meant to update this now after living with it for a while. Every time I plugged in the check and clear the DTCs they kept coming back with mode 22 enabled. I ended up disabling 22 and cleared the DTCs. They didn’t come back afterwards. The off road mode didn’t seem to alter acceleration...
That plugging that Chinese designed PCB and workmanship into my factory harness scares me more than using Forscan to disable auto start/stop on the module itself. There’s no way they plug these into a test fixture to QC checks.
I’m curious what the dealer says too, seems like that adapter might have shorted something out on the module that plug connects to. I imagine this would throw a DTC code if you were plugged into the OBD2.
They’ve been doing a good job of keeping the rocks from scratching the paint and keeping it clean.
That’s right I ordered another set of rear flaps. You have to cut the tabs off of all of them using flush cutters. From what I recall at least one holes line up with an existing screw or push...
I used the flaps that are forward of the rear wheels to diy my own slim mud guards. I also ordered a second set for the front and added the mabett rear wheels well cavity cover.
Thank you all, this is a very useful thread. I have a 25 Lobo 402a and was able to add the off road mode to take advantage of the torque vectoring diff at low speeds. The AWD status screen is also just really nice to have for spirited driving in Lobo or Sport mode.
