I would not say that this is an unpopular thread. It looks good, even though there are no holes in the hood and it is fake. What I would like to see is a cover attached to the end of the hood that goes over the wingshield wipers and covers that gaping hole between the hood and the windshield...

Well, I have the 2025 HYBRID Maverick. I was wondering if that would fit on my hybrid when the gas engine kicked in and if it would make a neat sound and affect the engine performance when the gas part kicked in. Imagine!........a hybrid comes floating by silently and then the gas engine kicks...

How does one acquire FORSCAN codes? What are you using, the menu on the steering wheel or somewhere else?

Maybe he did, but I had mine off, and besides, I did not have my home repeater channel on the window. There are lots of repeater sites within reach, although he could have (and maybe he will, later on) used several more local one to see if I am on that one.

I have had my '25 Maverick for a little over 6 weeks and someone yelled at me to talk. I thought he wanted to talk "Maverick", but instead he saw my amateur call sign on the rear window and wanted to let me know another fellow amateur was sending greetings. Oh well......

Stock speakers bad? How loud do you wan to run stock or aftermarket speakers? Are you the kind of person that has to run them so loud that the whole block can hear them? I run the stock speakers and have no problem, so if you want them to last don't run them loud, unles you are DEAF!

I did not mount anything inside the cab where it would be seen. I stuffed my Yaesu FT7800 in the middle box between the seats, pulled the coax and power cord out the top between the seats, down under the seats, slipped them under the plastic rails where your feet go when you get into the back...
