yes I have same vehicle, you will notice if you on highway speeds 70 MPH for long trips it won,t be as good. If Ford used the same technology as Toyota uses in there hybrids It would be much better.

ADAS controls lane change, radar cruse control if you change the ride height that changes . ADAS can be calibrated with the extra load you put on the back but when you not towing it won,t work. Im curious how much weight your towing and do you put in trailer mode or can you put it in any other...

I would go and look at this damage, If a rock hit a coolant like then that is road debris but if this is tucked behind the bumper how can this happen, You should say that this needs to be protected. 1 year old 10,000 miles if its never been in a accendent you need to fight this.

THROTTLE BODY CLEANING, In my experience when you clean the throttle body on a high milage engine you can feel a much smother idle, very easy to do I use a old toothbrush an some carb cleaner.

At 20,000 miles your waisting money on intake cleaning. I would wait till you hit over 100,000 miles. Iv owned a auto repair shop for 35 years. Retired mechanic .In my shop we would never tried to sell a service like this.
