I spoke to my dealer over a week ago, and was told I was scheduled end of feb for build... obviously still over a month away, but I was even given a VIN, and I've yet to be able to track it in ford's system. I've never received an email from ford for the order or build date.

I filled out the tracking info last week I believe, my info is still not added into spreadsheet... I don't have a build date, but I was still hoping to see my name in list

I was told back in mid September that I was at a priority 2 for my, June order, hybrid lariat lux…. Still waiting for a date

How do I go about removing certain items?

I have emailed the purchase rep, and attached the video link with written instructions, and wasn't given anymore info than I already had. It being the 3rd time I had emailed him in 4/5 weeks, he simply may have been tired of me.... This is why I am asking if I can bypass my dealer to get this...

I sure hope so.. I ordered 6/22/21... Hybrid lariat with lux.. still trying to patiently wait for the word that I've been scheduled... hasnt happened yet.

I ordered my hybrid lariat June 22nd... Feb has been my best hope at this point as well...

sorry for my ignorance, but what free stuff are the hybrid orders getting?
