Why Ford... why? Let your customers pick a default startup mode! Is there something we're not seeing, making this a bad idea, or rocket surgery to do?

Just after a morning start, I noticed a higher than usual RPM. I shut off the defroster, heated seat(driver was the only one on), and steering wheel heat... a few moments later it reduced RPM to what seems normal. Made me want a tachometer or a digital indicator for RPM, just out of curiosity.

Does it retain the last mode or revert to normal if you do not hit yes?

But why Ford? we shouldn't need memory joggers to get the mode we want. The app or the native menus should allow a user default mode, or retain the last one used. Doesn't seem like that would be too hard or expensive.
