  1. DIY How-To Video: Custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosure build under rear seat bench

That'd be cool. Yes there would be a tiny bit more room. You could probably find 1 cubic foot or more of room depending on how you make a box. You wouldn't have a problem finding a 10" that would work. Getting rid of the accessory clip things molded in the bin would give you clearance for a...
  2. DIY How-To Video: Custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosure build under rear seat bench

As soon as I can find a spare week for each one to build ha. I wish I could. Thanks.
  3. DIY How-To Video: Custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosure build under rear seat bench

Good question. Basically came down to air volume. I'm not much of a carpenter. It would have been harder to build an MDF box (for me) and measure out the usable space behind the seatback. Glassing the bin I was able to use allll the space without guess work or tricky measurements. Plus I planned...
  4. DIY How-To Video: Custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosure build under rear seat bench

There's plenty of clearance for the box to fit in. That metal corner piece is actually what the bench sits on. I wouldn't advise trimming any of that. Crutchfield finished research on non-B&O models. They'll probably have speaker, sub, and wiring options out soon.
  5. DIY How-To Video: Custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosure build under rear seat bench

Here's my YouTube link for the build, about an 11 min video. Sound demo at 1:38. Car Toys quoted $600 just for a custom box build. I bought all the materials for about $100 to make the box. After the sub, amp, wiring kit, etc I was all in for under $400. Picked a sub to match the air space in...

Wow crazy story. Yes, safety, utility, then looks. Thanks for the perspective.
  8. Homemade no-drill back rack using bed rail system.

To protect the back window from loading mishaps and also to rest ladders, lumber, etc on so long items don't have to stick out the back with the tailgate down. Also, just looks cool.
  9. Homemade no-drill back rack using bed rail system.

Thanks man! Trying to inspire others to be creative. We are the aftermarket right now lol.

  12. Remembering Our Heroes

This isn't the exact one, but you can get the idea from the Amazon item. Mine is 90 degrees and pole mount doesn't extend past the bottom of the receiver male end.
  13. Remembering Our Heroes

Picked up a 2" receiver pole holder at a local auto parts store. Used pvc for the pole (rattle can black). And two eye bolts through the pvc to attach the flag to. Had it for about 4 years now.
  14. Remembering Our Heroes

Thinking about our brothers and sisters this weekend that gave the ultimate sacrifice. WWNF. Semper fi.
  15. Thule Evo Wingbar system and bike roof racks

Unfortunately they were too short by about 2-3 inches. No way to make them work. 60s don't stick out really, but you could cut a couple inches of the ends if you needed to. I personally wouldn't cut them because these bars might end up on another vehicle in the future.
  16. Thule Evo Wingbar system and bike roof racks

I was able to reuse some of the same parts of this rack system I had on my '19 Fiesta ST with 50" bars. I used the same Thule towers, locks, and bike racks. I had to order the Maverick specific fit kit (rubber base pads and clamps) and 60" Evo Wingbars. Sold my old 50" bars for nearly retail and...
