Thanks for the advice. I called McGard and they do not carry the Acorn Bulge style but said the 24215 will hold the wheel on. Itās ugly- it sticks out like a sore thumb. I checked Gorilla and they have an acorn style #71641N and I ordered it on Aā¦. It is 1.4ā vs 1.64 long and looks very similar...
Hello,
Iād like to put wheel lug locks on my FX4 but Iām not sure I bought the correct size/shape.
The McGard 24215 M14x1.5 fits, however, the locking lug (left) has a narrow base compared to the lug (right).
What is the correct locking lug?
thanks, Craig
Very nice! I have the Lariat Lux with FX4. I definitely want to get the windows tinted.
Some updates:
The OEM tires could be better, but they are doing fine in the MN snow/ice, so Iāll stick with them.
The Truxedo Pro X15 tonneau cover fits great, looks great, easy to install.
Hello,
Picked up my Mav last week and 42,000 points were posted to FordPass app.
I read that you cannot use redeem points for accessories on the Ford accessories website. Seems like an obvious place to use them, but no such luck.
How/where can you use the points?
thanks
FYI- I had bought wheel lug locks in black, they are actually chrome.
I replaced the reverse bulbs- easy and huge improvement. Also installed the tailgate damper. A little tricky but worth the $50.
Dealer installed the black letters on the tailgate $149 with labor.

I live in Minneaplois area but ordered from Granger Motors in Granger, Iowa. Received a call Saturday morning, truck arrived, scheduled pick up Tuesday. Spent 15 mins on paperwork, checked over the truck and off I went. Drive home was 200+ miles. Very impressed so far. Started installing stuff...
No truck yet, š¤£, but I received the EB engine cover today. Itās quite thick foam so I suspect it will absorb some engine noise. I bought it mainly to keep the engine clean(er).
Thatās exactly what I thought. Just wondering why this ānewsā should affect anyone. Mine was first scheduled for week of 11/15 and then moved to 11/22. Then transit time, etc. Hopefully pick it up by end of year.
What exactly does āno schedulingā mean? Does it mean - no Mavericks will be built this week? Or does it mean that the max number of Mavās have been scheduled for the week?
To each his own, but I can already feel the pain in my shins when
Just imagine the pain when you walk into that thing on the front and scrape your shins to the bone. The thing on the cab will make a great seat for a parade.
