I can tell from the video on Etsy that the bracket is installed incorrectly at the wrong angle causing this issue. Save the money, loosen the top bracket bolt and rotate the plate counter-clockwise until it sits correctly.

The Maxzina is definitely the best choice. In channel, low profile, no wind noise, does not block side mirrors.

I think it is a great fit with the fact of the Ford Mavericks original intent was to fill a market void of affordable and functional. It does fits both those needs. Not everyone can afford hundreds of dollars to dress up their ride. It's not hideous. Hats off to Maxzina!

I've had it for one year so far. It seems to keep the water out well. There is a little water that runs down the front wall when I wash the truck but that sprays water harder than rain.
