I'm in Pa - but the eastern side. I have set a steelies with less than 100 miles and no sensors (reused them on my aftermarket rims). I'm looking for $125 for them - includes the lug nuts. If you're interested we can work out meeting up somewhere.
I'm assuming you wired the lighter socket to the "prewire" in the back of the truck. Does it stay hot all the time? Was thinking of adding one and leaving a portable phone charger/flashlight in the cubby.....
My MPG on the highway is right around 33 (all seasons). Local driving it's between 42 (winter) and 55 (summer).
So in my perspective, my HWY MPG is bad compared to local but also considering my 6th gen Camaro and C8 Corvette gets within 20% of my hybrid Maverick, I would consider it barely...
Only minor regret is the lack of heated seats. I know I can add them, but when I realized how much I missed it, it was below 15 degrees out and didn't feel like spending that much time to install them out in the cold. I was quoted $1200 to have them installed at a non-dealer and decided I could...
Assuming the engine and outside temps are in the right spot, I found that I can get it into EV mode by lifting off the gas and easing it back down while keeping it below the first tick mark.
I make a regular 26 mile drive since I've owned the truck.
During the summer, I can get 55% of the...
My guess is that the OP is interested in total return vs cash flow in the model.
I know there ARE exceptions, but most investments do not beat index funds over the long term without taking on higher risk
You will most likely be ahead - market averages about about double what your interest rate is...
I do feel the "interest" vs investment model changes in a taxable account or a tax deferred account (Non-Roth)
Great that you are sharing this with others that may not be as experienced as your are!
Wound up with 2 of these as gifts.
Only taken out of the box as it was too bulky to store in the garage - Never installed
I'm about 45 minutes north of Philadelphia but do get out to Lancaster and Poconos often so can meet there.
$100
I'm actually disappointed with the highway miles on my 24 XL Hybrid - I just did a 80% highway/ 20% city tank. I'm generally between 75-80 MPH on the highway. Went just under 590 miles and wound up with about 38MPG.
With "city" tanks, I can get 55+ MPG. Generally 35-45 MPH roads
So I may...
I ordered the Hyundai one and it came within a week earlier this month... It was $34.20 delivered similar to the Kia one that seems to be out of stock/canceled for many people.
If the Kia mirror is in short supply, I ordered the homelink/autodim/compass mirror for the Hyundai Palisade - it was around $32 shipped and showed up within a week of placing the order at the start of the month.
My mirror harness is a 3 wire system. It swapped the wires I had connected to constant and the ACC it seemed to be working normal.
I got mine from Autonationparts dot com
Part Number: S8F62-AU000 Auto-Dimming Mirror W/ Homelink And Compass
With shipping and tax it came to $34.20
Ordered...
I wired mine today. I hooked the black wire with white stripe (from the mirror harness - the wire furthest from the black wire with the lug) to the yellow with green stripe wire on the dome light connector (I have an 2024 XL Hybrid).
I hooked the middle solid black wire from the mirror harness...
