I had a casual chat with my Ford tech the other day and he mentioned that to get caught up with updates to connect my truck to my wifi , i went to settings and found my wifi but it told me that Ford cannot connect to my wifi! not sure what I am doing wrong !

I am snowbird , i drive to Great Falls in the winter, when i park for 2months at a hotel parking lot i always disconect the battery post, always started up after 2 months of cold weather , i disconnected the positive post , but i am sure it doesn't matter which post you disconnect !

We would travel to AZ for 2 months then come home , we had to drive to Great Falls MT ,then fly to AZ from there , truck being parked where there is no power to plug in i just disconected the positive cable, when i returned hooked up and had no problems !

Yes I am well aware of the green tab ! my comments are that the fuel door would not open from the dash button !

Driving down the highway the other day when i get a notice on the screen telling me my fuel door was open ! I did need to fuel up so when i pushed the button to open fuel door it did not open ! Going to dealer next week to get repaired !
