I’m having an issue with getting any airflow out of the drivers side air vent in the dashboard. Just seems to have stopped blowing air. All other vent outlets have good flow. Checked under the dash and it seems to be a hard plastic vent to the air outlet so nothing has come loose on the backside...

It’s is a design issue - simple physics. If your drain holes are not at least parallel to the window track upon install there is no chance the water will drain anywhere other than to the interior of the window track.
