    What confuses me is that I have a 2022 Escape hybrid but do not experience the same issue. Is there some difference in the way the engines are programmed?

  8. 2025 Maverick Hybrid engine braking?

    Just received my new Lariat hybrid and notice that when coasting (in gear) down hill the engine seems to be holding back or "braking" rather that a free-wheel coasting. Is there an adjustment or is that normal?
