Yeah I agree! I marked my bracket placement then held the hood with my other hand while sliding the bracket on & bolted it back in place. With the mark the repeat on the other side

Wow not sure what happened . I’ve installed many of their kits over the years on my vehicles. Currently 4 it took me 15 mins to do my set & it opens perfect & can lift it with 2 fingers. You still have to pull the handle twice

You need a special socket called ( e-tork & it’s a 5mm ) can get a set @ just about any auto parts store or harbor freight

MRT racing is a complete bolt on kit. I’ve been using their kits for years on my mustangs & other vehicles

Yes it does I had mine unscrewed for a couple of days until mine came in with no reception issues. Could find a rubber plug to insert it so water doesn’t get into it.
