Do this, on the home screen there is a little noticed 'electric bolt' symbol. Click on it. It will give you a graphic of the power movement in your car and it will also tell you why the gas engine is running.
I have a Hybrid Maverick, here are the reasons I see it will typically stay on.
* Once the engine starts, it will continue to run until the engine comes to temp. On cold mornings it might take 10 minutes for this to happen. Look at the temp gauge, the engine wants at least one bar (plus more)...
I had a similar 'cold coolant' engine light before, the cause was the coolant thermostat valve was stuck open. This caused the coolant/engine to not warm up as fast as the car was expecting it, which then triggered the light.
I did ask if he meant Area51, was adamant that Azure Gray was discontinued. But I really don't take sales people at face value unless I can find proof behind their claim. It is appearing the sales person was just trying to make me feel more special and trying to make the warranty add-ons easier...

We love the color and just got the truck last weekend.
I just picked up my 2024 Azure Gray Maverick this last weekend and the sales guy informed me Ford discontinued the color already. Has anyone else heard that? Or this could be a heads up for those who want the color but haven't ordered yet.
